压疮专业小组对社区长期卧床患者压疮危险程度的护理干预的探讨

目的:探讨压疮专业小组对社区长期卧床患者压疮危险程度的观察方法及其延伸社区护理服务的效果。方法:成立医院和社区压疮专业小组,对社区压疮高危人群、家属和患者进行健康宣教、知识培训、指导追踪,对60例社区长期卧床患者采用Norton压疮危险因素评分表评分,并进行危险程度分级。结果:社区长期卧床患者Norton压疮危险因素评分越小,发生压疮危险性越高,危险程度越大(P<0.05)。结论:通过全程有效护理干预,应用Norton评分法评估社区长期卧床患者压疮危险程度,减少社区压疮发生,有效预防社区的压疮发生率。

Pressure Sores Professional Team to the Community Bedridden Patients with Pressure Ulcers Dangerous Levels of Nursing Intervention

Objective:To investigate the pressure sores professional team bedridden patients with pressure ulcers observation of the degree of risk to the community and its effect an extension of community care services.Methods:For the establishment of hospital and community pressure sores professional group at high risk of pressure sores on the community,families and patients with health education,knowledge,training,guidance on tracking long-term bedridden patients.60 cases of community use of the Norton pressure ulcer risk score sheet score and level of risk classification.Results:The degree classification of the results of the community bedridden patients Norton pressure sore risk score is the smaller,the occurrence of pressure ulcer risk the higher the greater the degree of risk(P<0.05).Conclusion:Full effective nursing intervention,the application of the Norton score assessment community bedridden patients with pressure ulcers degree of risk,reduce community pressure ulcer,the effective pressure ulcer prevention community incidence.
