改良式B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果分析

目的:通过比较不同缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的疗效,探讨改良式B-Lynch缝合术在该病治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2007年1月-2010年6月间在我院行剖宫产且发生产后出血的52例孕产妇作为研究对象。按照止血方法的不同分为改良B-Lynch缝合术组和传统B-Lynch缝合术组,各26例。观察并比较两组止血效果和并发症状况。结果:改良式B-Lynch缝合术手术时间稍长,而术中出血量和术后恶露量均小于传统B-Lynch缝合术。术后两组均未发生再次大出血、肠梗阻等严重并发症。而改良式B-Lynch缝合术组术后疼痛和肠粘连的发生率显著低于传统B-Lynch缝合组,两组间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:B-lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血,无需复杂的医疗技术和特殊器械,且成功率高、止血效果好,与传统B-Lynch缝合术相比,能大大降低并发症的发生率。

Modified B-Lynch Suture in the Treatment for Postpartum Hemorrhage During the Cesarean Section

Objective:To investigate the application of modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment for postpartum hemorrhage during the cesarean section.Methods:From January 2007 to June 2010,the clinical data of 52 cases of postpartum hemorrhage during the cesarean section treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different hemostatic methods,52 cases were divided into two groups: modified B-Lynch suture group(26 cases) and traditional B-Lynch suture group(26 cases).Results:The blood loss and the quantity of lochia in the modified B-Lynch suture group were shorter than the traditional B-Lynch suture group,but the operation time was longer.No serious complications occurred.The rate of the applications of postoperative pain and intestinal adhesion were significantly shorter in the modified B-Lynch suture group than in the traditional B-Lynch suture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional B-Lynch suture,modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment for postpartum hemorrhage during the cesarean section shows a relatively good therapeutic effect.
