| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠(注射用丹奥)对急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:观察36例急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血液流变学指标及临床神经功能缺损的变化。结果:36例急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血液流变学指标及临床神经功能缺损评分有显著性差异(P<0.01),总有效率为91.67%,未发现明显副作用。结论:奥扎格雷钠是治疗急性脑梗死的一种安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the sodium ozagrel for treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The hemorrheology indexes and neural function deficit were tested in 36 patients before and after treatment respectively. Results: There were significant statistics differences in the hemorrheology indexes and neural function deficit in these cases before and after treatment P < 0.01) .The total effective rate was 91.67% .Sodium ozagrel did not show any side effects. Conclusion: Sodium ozagrel is a safe and effective medicine for Treating acute cerebral infarction. |
