神经肌电图在特发性面瘫中临床评估观察

目的:探讨特发性面瘫的神经电图和肌电图的特点及临床意义。方法:对92例特发性面瘫患者的神经电图和肌电图检查结果进行分析。结果:神经电图提示患侧面神经运动传导潜伏期延长,波幅降低,与健侧比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。肌电图显示患侧面神经募集型减弱,可见有纤颤电位和正锐波自发电位。结论:神经电图和肌电图有助于特发性面瘫定性及定量诊断,能指导治疗及预后评价。

Evaluation of Electroneurography and Electromyography in Idiopathic Facial Palsy

Objective: To explore the clinical implication of electroneurography ( ENG) and electromyography ( EMG ) in idio-pathic facial palsy. Methods: The ENG and EMG data of 92 patients with idiopathic facial palsy were analy sized. Results:ENG showed that there was a significant difference in latent period and wave amplitude between the involved side and the uninvolved side( P < 0.01). EMG revealed that most of patients had reduced recruitment and had fibrillation potentials and positive sharp waves . Conclusion: ENG and EMG were valuable in qualitative and quantitative diagnosis, directing treatment and estimating prognosis in patients with idiopathic facial palsy.
