急性颅脑损伤患者血糖水平的动态变化及其意义

目的:研究急性颅脑损伤患者血糖水平的动态变化及其意义。方法:选择142例急性颅脑损伤患者和50例健康者进行血糖动态监测,并作对比分析。结果:急性颅脑损伤患者血糖均有不同程度升高,且与死亡率呈正相关;血糖水平愈高,病情愈严重,预后不良。结论:血糖水平动态监测可作为颅脑损伤严重程度的敏感指标,对疗效观察和预后评估具有重要意义。

Dynamic of Blood Glucose in Patients with Acute Craniocerebral Injury and Its Significance

Objective:To explore the dynamic changes of blood glucose in patients with acute craniocerebral injury and its significance.Methods:142 caces of acute craniocerebral injury patients and 50 caces of healthy controls were chosen for dynamic surveillance and comparison of the level of serum glucose.Results:The level of glucose in the cases of acute craniocerebral injury was higher significantly and was positively correlated with death rate.The higher the level of blood glucose,the more serious the patients'condition,and the worse the prognosis.Conclusion:Monitoring level of blood glucose can be uesd as a sensitive marker in the diagnosis of patitent's condition severity,and has important significance for clinical efficacy research and prognosis judgment of acute craniocerebral injury.
