复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察与血液流变学分析

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果并对其血液流变学进行分析。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验,观察治疗心绞痛前后及心电图所示心肌缺血改善情况和血液流变学的变化。结果:复方丹参滴丸治疗后,心绞痛频率减少,心电图ST段下移明显恢复,血液流变学各项指标经检验P值<0.005。结论:复方丹参滴丸比复方丹参片治疗冠心病心绞痛及改善血流流变学疗效确切、安全、速效,无副作用,可作为心血管病人的首选药物。

Observation of Curative Effect of Fufang Dansben pills for Treating CHD Angina Pectoris and Analysis of Hemorrheology in the Patients.

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Fufang Danshen pills for treating CHD angina Pectoris and to analyse the hemorrheology in the patients.Methods: The random single blind controlled test was performed in order to observe the condition of myocardial ischemia and the change of hemorrheology shown in the electrocardiogram before and after treatment of angina pectoris with Fufang Danshen pills. Results: After treatment with Fufang Danshen pills the attack frequency of angina pectoris reduced, the ECG S - T segment was significantly recovered, and all indices of hemorrheology were improved (P < 0.005). Conclusion: The curative effect of Fufang Danshen pills for treating CHD angina pectoris is more apparent, safer and quicker as compared with Fufang Danshen tablets. The former has not any side effects too. So it is the drug of choice for treating patients with cardiovascular system diseases.
