类风湿关节炎患者淋巴细胞亚群和Th2型细胞因子变化

为探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)的发病机理,给临床诊治提供实验依据。采用流式细胞术和酶联免疫检测技术,分析RA患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群和IL—4、IL—6水平变化。结果显示:与对照组相比,RA病人CD_(25)~+和CD_(19)~+细胞水平升高(分别为P<0.01、P<0.05);CD_8~+/CD_(28)~- 细胞减少(P<0.01);CD_3~+和CD_4~+细胞兄明显变化(P>0.05);IL—4和IL—6水平增高(P<0.01)。提示RA病人淋巴细胞亚群和IL—4、IL—6水平变化与其细胞免疫调节紊乱有关。

Change of Lymphcyte Subset and Th2 Type Cytokine Levels in RA Patients

In this paper some peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets using Flow Cytometry as well as IL-4 and IL-6 levels by Enzyme-linked immunoassay were detected to study and discuss pathogenesis of RA and obtain experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The results demonstrated that,compared with normal control,CD25 and CD19 cells were all elevated in RA patients ( P <0. 01 and P <0. 05 respectively). While the level of CD8 /CD28-cells was greatly reduced(P <0. 01). And the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 were also higher than that of control( P <0. 01),Whereas on the amount of CD3 and CD4 cells,there was not overt difference between RA patients and normal control ( P > 0. 05 ). It suggest there is association between the change and immunoregulation disorder in RA patients.
