乌榄叶水提取物对心脏负性变力作用的实验研究

目的:探讨乌榄叶水提取物对离体蛙心作用及其机理。方法:应用Straub法制备离体蛙心;通过Medlab生物信号采集处理系统,描记心肌收缩力和心率。结果:乌榄叶水提取物对心肌收缩力有快速、显著减弱作用,并随着药物剂量的增加而作用加大、延长,但心率无明显变化。其抑制作用可被阿托品阻断;提取物有阻断氯化钙加强心肌收缩力的作用。结论:乌榄叶水提取物对离体蛙心有快速显著的负性变力作用,具有药物量效关系。其抑制作用可被阿托品阻断,并对Ca2+的正性肌力作用起拮抗作用。

Experimental Study on the Effect of Liquid Extracts of Leave of Canarium Pimela Koening on the Negative Inotropic Action of Heart

Objective: To study the effect of liquid extracts of leaves of Canarium pimela Koening on isolated frog heart.Methods: The isolated frog hearts were prepared with Straub's method.Heart contraction and heart rate were recorded using Medlab bio-signal collection system.Results: The liquid extracts had a quick effect of lowering heart contraction,but did not alter the heart rate.The extent of heart contraction lowering and the duration time depended on the extract dosages.Whereas lowering heart contraction action of liquid extracts was antagonized by atropine.The liquid extracts abated positive inotropic action of CaCl_2.Conclusion: The liquid extracts of leaves of Canarium pimela Koening have a quick effect of the negative inotropic action on heart.The result has to do with certain amounts of the drug and the action can be blockaded by atropine.The liquid extracts have antipositive inotropic action of CaCl_2.
