摘    要:目的:探讨进展性卒中的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析我院62例进展性卒中患者,对其性别、年龄、血粘度、血胆固醇、血糖、血纤维蛋白原,血压及神经功能缺损程度以及CT,MRI与同期住院治疗的脑梗死患者62例进行对比分析研究。结果:62例进展性卒中患者伴有高血压,脉压差小,伴有高血糖与对照组相比有显著差异,神经功能缺损程度重,并发颅内外大血管狭窄或闭塞,或影像学早期显示病灶者与对照组比较有显著差异。与年龄、性别、血粘度、血胆固醇、血纤维蛋白原无差异。结论:进展性卒中的影响因素多与高血压,糖尿病及神经功能缺损程度及是否并发颅内外大血管狭窄或闭塞有关,急性期快速降压,血糖控制不良也易引起进展性卒中,影像学早期显示病灶也提示有进展性卒中的可能。

Abstract:Objective: Study the influence factors of stroke in progression (SIP) .Methods 62cases were studied retrospectively in our hospital and relevent factors of SIP were analyzed, which incluJe sex, age, blood viscosity, blood cholesterol, blood glucose, blood fibrinogen, blood pressure,changed level of nerve function and CT or MRI. All datas were analysed by comparative analysis research with 62 patients of brain inflation which cured are in hospital the corresponding period. Results: Results showed that 62 SIP were accompanied with the hypertension, low perfusion pressure, high blood glucose were easily suffered from SIP. In SIP group, high level of nerve function intracranial and extracraial vascular stfnosis of occlusion, or appearing focus in earlier period on image, were easily suffer from SIP.There were not great differences in two groups, about sex, age, blood viscosity, blood cholesterol and blood fibrinogen. Conclusion:Hypertension DM,intra-or extracraninal vascular stenosis and severely function deficiency in neurologic system are associated with SIP. Reducing blood pressure fastly of high blood glucose would lead to SIP easily. It is possibility of SIP that there was focus in earlier period on image.
