摘    要:目的:探讨不同免疫功能状态对硅肺发病的影响。方法:动物采用随机分组方法分为对照组、生理盐水对照组、免疫抑制组和免疫激活组。石英粉尘非暴露式吸入4周后,气管、支气管、肺显微镜观察。结果:巨噬细胞功能在免疫激活组增强,免疫抑制组受到明显抑制,免疫激活组气管支气管肺的炎症较对照组轻,细胞结节较少,而免疫抑制组较对照组病变严重,肺细胞结节较多,并有肺细支气管壁增厚,胶原纤维明显,肺大泡出现。结论:当机体免疫功能受到抑制时会加重硅肺的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the different immune function effect on the development of experimental silicosis.Methods:40 rats was divided into 4 groups: two positive control groups(one of them was positive control group with normal saline) and two experimental groups: one was treated with cyclophosphamide(CY),another with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).All of them was made by intratracheal instillation of silica suspension for 4 weeks,Engulfing ability of macrophage was determined and morphology of tracheal,bronchi and lung was observed.Results:The function of macrophage in group with LPS was active and in group with CY inhibited.Pathologic changes of lung in group with LPS was light and that of with CY was more serious comparing with positive control groups.Cellular nodes with many inflammation cells such as: macrophage,mast cell,fibroblast and eosinophils in group with LPS were less than group with CY.The bronchiole became thicker with collagen proliferation,in comparison with positive control.Conclusion:The development of experimental silicosis varies with the different immune function of the body.
