| 摘 要： | 利用实验性大鼠颈总动脉内膜增厚模型，检测游走细胞比数，制超薄切片，行免疫组化染色等工作，观察到游走细胞基底膜破坏、增殖周期亢进，周围间质疏松，出现弹力蛋白酶溶解弹力纤维等促使细胞游大的形态与机能改变。由此阐明平滑肌细胞游走机理。

| Abstract: | The percentage and ul
trastructure of migrating cells were examined through experimental model oftunica intima
thickening of common carotid artery of rats. The basement membrane destruction of mi-grating
cells,hyperfunction of proliferating cycle,edema of interstitial tissues and lysis of elastic fibersby
elastic proteinase were observed through immunohistochemical method.The migreation
mechanismof smooth muscle cells is discussed. |
