| 摘 要： | 本实验通过外科手术摘除兔泪腺，同时用２０％三氯醋酸涂抹睑结膜产生干眼病模型，由于泪液减少致使产生角膜溃疡。通过显微外科游离颌下腺移植，将涎液引流至结膜囊内从而预防角膜溃疡发生。实验证明这是一种有应用前景的治疗方法，可以运用于临床。

| Abstract: | model of xerophthalmia was created by surgical removal of lacrimal
gland and using 20%trichloroacetic acid in rabbits,and the incidence of corneal ulceration was
seen to correlate with the de-crease of thar secretion.Free submandibular salivary gland transfer
was performed with microsurgicaltechnique to drain saliva into the conjunctival fornix to prevent
the development of corneal ulceration.The experiment showed that it was a promising method of
treatment for xerophthalmia. |
