摘    要: : 目的 探讨口服驱砷剂2,3-二巯基-1-丙基磺酸钠(DMPS)对砷中毒患者尿砷排泄量及其种类的影响 。方法 用激发实验原理设计实验方案, 盲法测定样品。高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法(HPLC-HG-AAS)分离并测定尿中无机砷(iAs)、一甲基砷酸(MMA)和二甲基砷酸(DMA)3种形态砷的含量;尿液经消化后用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法(HG-AAS)测定尿中总砷。结果 无论对照还是砷中毒患者,服DMPS后尿中总砷、无机砷、MMA和DMA的排出量均有显著增加(P0.05),DMPS可使砷中毒患者比正常对照排出更多的无机砷(P<0.05)。结论 DMPS能够动员器官和组织中蓄积砷,增加经尿的排泄总量。所增加的尿砷排泄以无机砷和MMA为主。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of oral DMPS on arsenic excreting and determine how DMPS alters its species in urine.Methods The experiments were designed based on challenge test,arsenic and its species in urine were blindly determined with HPLC-HG-AAS.Total arsenic in urine was measured with HG-AAS after decomposed.The data were collected and analyzed with SPSS 10.0.Results In both control group and arseniasis cases,excretions of total arsenic,inorganic arsenic,MMA and DMA in urine were significantly increased after administration of DMPS(P < 0.01).The percentages of inorganic and MMA species in total arsenic were also elevated significantly(P < 0.01),but the DMA specie was decreased(P < 0.01).DMPS promoted inorganic arsenic excretion better in arseniasis case than in controls(P < 0.05).The capabilities in promoting other species were similar(P > 0.05).Conclusion DMPS can significantly activated arsenic deposited in tissues and organs and increase the amount of arsenic excretion in urine.The main arsenic forms excreted from urine were not DMA,but inorganic arsenic and MMA.
