成人冠状动脉造影中先天异常的分析

目的：研究冠状动脉造影患者中成人先天性冠状动脉异常的检出频度。方法：回顾性总结2795例患者的冠状动脉造影资料，并准确判断出各种先天性冠状动脉异常。结果：检出冠状动脉起源及分布异常39例，检出率1．40％，其中各种右冠状动脉起源及分布异常占79．5％（31／39），左冠状动脉起源及分布异常占15．4％（6／39），单一冠状动脉占0．51％（2／39）；检出各种冠状动脉瘘21例，检出率0．75％，其中冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘16例；检出先天性冠状动脉扩张2例。结论：成年人冠状动脉先天异常的检出率与以往文献报道相似，但具体类型有所不同。冠状动脉造影是确诊冠状动脉先天性异常最重要的检查方法。

Analysis of congenital coronary artery anomalies in adults undergoing coronary arteriography

Objective: To study the detection rate of congenital coronary artery anomalies in adults who underwent coronary arteriography.Methods: The results of coronary arteriography of 2795 patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the types of congenital coronary artery anomalies were identified precisely.Results: The anomalous origin and distribution of coronary artery was found in 39 patients,and the detection rate was 1.40%.Of the 39 patients,31 had anomalous origin and distribution of right coronary artery(79.5%),6 had anomalous origin and distribution of left coronary artery(15.4%),and 2 had anomalous origin and distribution of single coronary artery(0.51%).Coronary fistula was found in 21 patients,and the detection rate was 0.75%.Of the 21 patients,16 had coronary-pulmonary artery fistulae.Congenital coronary artery dilatation was found in 2 patients.Conclusion: The detection rate of congenital coronary artery anomalies in this study is similar to that reported previously,but the types of congenital coronary artery anomalies are different.Coronary arteriography is one of the most important methods for the accurate diagnosis of coronary artery anomalies.
