| 摘 要： | 以自行研制的焦点位置精度测试仪，对三台日本岛津产Ｘ线机所属５个球管焦点位置的精度进行了测试研究。指出：焦点位置精度测定是研究焦点线量分布和图像成像质量的重要手段之一。并强调指出：焦点位置精度应作为Ｘ线管的重要技术参数之一。

| Abstract: | The precise localization of the focal spots in Circlex tubes maunfactired by shmalz company was measured with the instruments designed by the authors. The results showed that measurement of precise localization of focal spot in X ray tubes was one of the important means to study distribution of radiation rays and quality of the images. It should be emphasized that the precise localization of focal spot should be considered as one of the important technical parameters of the X ray tube. |
