| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，用ｐ５３单克隆抗体（ＤＡＫＯｐ５３ＤＭ７００１）检测分析ｐ５３蛋白表达特征与６９例胃癌标本临床病理特性、疾病预后的关系及临床应用价值。结果：ｐ５３基因突变在胃癌中具有很高的频度，与胃癌的形成和发展密切相关；ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达对判定肿瘤的生物学行为有重要意义，是肿瘤预后不良的新的标志之一；检测组织中ｐ５３蛋白积累对胃癌早期发现可能有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | We used p53 monoclonal antibody (DAKO p53 DM7001) in 69 samples of stomach cancer to detect and analyze the relationship between p53 protein expression and the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis. The results revealed that: mutation of p53 gene in stomach cancer was very frequent, which was closely related to the formation and development of stomach cancer. The positive expression of p53 protein was of great significance to determine the biological behavior of tumor, and was one of the new signs for poor prognosis of the tumor. It might be of great clinical significance to detect the tissue accumulation of p53 protein in the early gagnosis of srastric cancer. |
