急性白血病MRP1与LRP的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨急性白血病患者多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP1)与肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)的表达及其临床意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测52例急性白血病患者及12例正常人的MRP1与LRP表达.结果:急性白血病MRP1阳性表达率为28.8%(15/52),LRP为42.3%(22/52).MRP1表达阳性患者的完全缓解(CR)率为33.3%,表达阴性患者CR率为59.5%,两者差异无显著性.LRP表达阳性患者CR率明显低于表达阴性患者,分别为31.8%和73.3%,有十分显著差异(P<0.01).Pearson相关分析MRP1与LRP表达无明显相关(r=0.254,P>0.05).MRP1/LRP过表达CR率明显低于MRP1/LRP 阴性者(分别为22.2%和75.0%,P<0.01).结论:LRP、MRP1/ LRP过表达与急性白血病患者的预后密切相关,是影响急性白血病患者CR率的重要危险因素.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the expressions ofm ultidrug resistanceassociated protein (MRP1) andlung resistance-associatedprotein (LRP) in acute leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods:Expressions of MRP1 andLRP were determined in 52 patients with acuteleukemia and 12 normal donors by usingimmunohistochemistrymethod.Results:Expression of MRP1 wasdetected in 15 of 52 (28.8%) patients w ith acute leukemia .Expression of LRP was detected in 22 of 52 (42.3%)patients w ithacute leukemia.Complete remission rate in patients with MRP1 expression was 33.3% , whereas in patients without MRP1 expression was 59.5%,the differencewas not significant (P>0.05). Complete remission rate (31.8%) was lower inpatients with LRP expression than thatin those (73.3%) without LRP expression , the difference was significant(P<0.01).Pearson analysis revealedthat t here wasno relationship between MRP1 and LRP expression (r=0.254,P>0.0 5). Complete remission rate (22.2%)in patients with MRP1 andLRP co-expressionwas lower than those (75%) without any expression (P<0.01).Conclus ion:Over expression of LRP and MRP1/LRP are both closely relative withprognosis in leukemia .Both ofthem are important risk factors affectingcompl ete remission (CR) rate in patients with acute leukemia.
