| 摘 要： | 目的：明确化疗前非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）中是否存在原发耐药；是否影响ＮＳＣＬＣ患者的预后。方法：采用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化方法，检测９７例化疗前ＮＳＣＬＣ患者中Ｐ－糖蛋白（Ｐｇｐ）的表达情况。结果：Ｐｇｐ在腺癌中高表达，与ＮＳＣＬＣ的淋巴结转移相关；且Ｐｇｐ表达对ＮＳＣＬＣ患者预后有影响。结论：ＮＳＣＬＣ中存在原发耐药，且Ｐｇｐ表达是ＮＳＣＬＣ患者预后的影响因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: Our paper was designed to explicate whether primary drug resistance exist in untreated patients of nonsmall cell lung carcer (NSCLC) and to analysis whether expressions of Pgp affect theirs prognosis. Methods: S P immunohistochemical method was used to examine expressions of Pgp in 97 samples of primary NSCLC. Results: High expression of Pgp was correlated to lymphnode metastasis and adenocarcinoma. Conclusion: Conclusion: Primary drug resistance might existed in NSCLC and the expression of Pgp might play as a significant prognostic factor for the patients with NSCLC. |
