儿科用药及不良反应调查

目的通过归纳儿科药物不良反应发生的某些特征,总结其中规律性的经验,提高医护人员对药物不良反应的认识。研究方法参照国内外文献及有关流行病学资料,设计儿童用药调查表,对住院患儿进行为期十二个月的调查研究。分析儿科用药及药物不良反应发生情况。结果儿童不良反应的发生率比成人要高得多,不良反应的发生与给药方式、季节、联合用药有关。结论药品都具有两重性,如果使用合理则能充分发挥其治疗作用,而避免不良反应的发生或尽可能使不良反应降至最低限度。儿科医生必须熟知所用药物的动力学及作用机制,用药过程中要进行疗效的监测,必要时还应做血药浓度和各重要组织器官功能的监测。

Investigation on adverse reactions of pediatric drugs

Objective： To conclude the characteristics of the adverse reactions in the use of pediatric drugs,so that medical staff can have a further comprehension of adverse drug reactions.Methods： Literature and the epidemiological data were referred to,and children＇s drug survey of hospital patients was designed for a twelve-month investigation and pediatric drugs and incidence of adverse drug reactions was analyzed.Results： The incidence of adverse reactions was much higher in the children than that in the adults,the incidence of adverse reactions was related to drug delivery,season and combined treatment.Conclusion： Drugs have a dual nature,if reasonable use can enable it to fully play its role,and to avoid adverse reactions or side effects to a minimum.Pediatrician must be familiar with the role of drug kinetics and mechanism of drug efficacy and monitoring should be made in the application,and if necessary,the blood concentration monitoring of the important functions of tissues and organs should also be monitored.
