p21与PCNA在子宫内膜癌中表达水平及相关性研究

目的研究增殖细胞核抗原（proliferation cell nuclear antigen,PCNA）与p21在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化染色,检测80例正常子宫内膜黏膜组织、256例子宫内膜癌组织中PCNA与p21蛋白的表达情况,分析比较其表达与临床病理特征的相关性以及两者之间的相关性。结果 p21在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常子宫内膜组织,并且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;PCNA在子宫内膜癌组织中的高增殖率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织,并且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;PCNA和p21与临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0.05）,PCNA和p21在子宫内膜癌组织表达存在负相关（r=-0.79,P〈0.05）。结论联合检测PCNA和p21表达可作为评估子宫内膜癌生物学行为及预后的参考指标。

Expression and relationship research of PCNA and p21 in endometrial carcinoma tissue

Objective： To investigate the expression and relationship of proliferation cell nuclear antigen（ PCNA） and p21 in endometrial carcinoma tissue. Methods： The expression of PCNA and p21 was assayed by using immunohistochemical staining in 80 cases of normal endometrial and 256 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissue. The levels of PCNA and p21 expression in endometrial carcinoma tissue were ana1 yzed against clinical pathological factors and its correlation. Results：The positive rate of p21 on the endometrial carcinoma tissue was lower than that on the normal gastric mucosa tissue with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; the high proliferation rate of PCNA on the endometrial carcinoma tissue was higher than that on the normal endometrial tissue with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The positive expression rate of PCNA and p21 was associated significantly with clinical stage,pathological grade and lymph node metastasis（ P〈 0. 05）. The positive expressions of PCNA protein were negatively correlated to those of p21 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue（ r =- 0. 79,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： PCNA and p21 protein expression might be able to be used to evaluate the malignant behavior and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
