护理干预降低老年患者静脉输液故障发生率的临床观察

目的：探讨患者静脉输液的方法及效果。方法随机选取2013年1月~12月在我校门诊进行静脉输液的老年患者200例为实验组，与2012年1月~12月在我校门诊进行静脉输液的老年患者200例作为对照组进行对照分析，对照组按常规静脉输液护理，实验组在常规静脉输液护理的基础上进行护理干预，措施有：制定老年患者静脉输液指引、重视老年患者的心理护理、完善输液前准备、温水泡手或热敷法、提高静脉穿剌成功率、输液中定期进行老年患者输液风险评估、建立巡视岗位制度、开通老年患者输液绿色通道。结果实验组输液故障发生率显著少于对照组，一次静脉穿剌完成全天输液成功率明显高于对照组，P 〈0.05，两组比较有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预，可大大提高老年患者一次穿剌完成全天输液的成功率，减少了输液故障的发生，减轻患者痛苦。

Clinical observation of nursing interventions to reduce the incidence of intravenous infusion failure in elderly patients

Objective：To investigate the patient ˊs intravenous infusion method and results. Methods：randomly selected in January 2013 - December in my school clinic for intravenous infusion of 200 cases of elderly patients in the experimental group ,with the January 2012 - December in my school outpatient intravenous infusion of 200 cases of elderly patients as a control group were compared ,group care,the experimental group on the basis of conventional intravenous infusion intra-venous infusion routine nursing care intervention measures are：to develop guidelines for elderly patients with intravenous fluids ,attention to psychological care of elderly patients ,improve the preparation before infusion ,warm water hand or hot method to improve the success rate of venous puncture ,transfusion transfusion risk assessment regularly elderly patients , establish inspection post system ,the opening of elderly patients with transfusion green channel. Results：The failure rate of infusion was significantly less than the control group ,completed the day an intravenous infusion puncture success rate was significantly higher ,P 〈 0. 05,the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing inter-vention in elderly patients can greatly improve the success rate of the day to complete a puncture infusion ,reducing the in-fusion failure occurs ,reduce patient suffering.
