HBeAg阴性的慢性乙型肝炎血清HBV-DNA定量检测及意义

目的　为探讨ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴性ＣＨ－ Ｂ 患者血清ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 定量检测的意义。方法　应用定量ＰＣＲ法对经肝穿活检确诊的５２ 例ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴性，３３ 例ＨＢｅＡｇ 阳性ＣＨ－ Ｂ 血清进行了ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 含量检测，并将ＨＢｅＡｇ 阳性与阴性患者ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 含量、ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴性ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 高水平与低水平患者肝脏病理损害分别进行了比较。结果　ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 含量ＨＢｅＡｇ 阳性患者显著高于阴性患者，ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴性ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 高水平患者肝脏病理损害明显重于低水平患者（ 均Ｐ＜ ００５） 。结论　提示血清ＨＢｅＡｇ 阳性；确为判断ＨＢＶ 复制的良好指标； ＨＢｅＡｇ 阴性ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 高水平者，尤以重视，及时给予抗病毒等治疗实属必要。

DETECTION OF HBV-DNA QUANTITY IN SERUM FROM THE NEGATIVE -HBEAGED PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS B AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Objective: In order to study the significance of detection of HBV-DNA quantity in seum from the negative-HBeAged Patients(NHP) with chronic hepatitis B(CH-B) Methods: HBV-DNA was quantitated in serum from 52 NHP, 33 positive-HBeAged patients (PHP) with CH-B diagnosed by liver biopsy using a quantitive PCR assay. The amount of HBV-DNA of PHP and the liver pathologic lesions of the HBV-DNA high-leveled patients (HLP) in NHP were compared with that of NHP and the HBV-DNA low-leveled patients (LLP), respectively. Results: The results showed that the amount of HBV-DNA of PHP was significantly higher than that of NHP and the liver pathologic lesions of HBV-DNA HLP in NHP was significantly severer than that of LLP. Conclusion: These data indicate HBeAg positiveness is indeed a good marker of HBV duplication and the HBV-DNA HLP in NHP with CH-B should be paid more attention and given the anti-virus therapy.
