洛噻克三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌1周与2周疗效对比研究

目的　研究洛噻克三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)相关性十二指肠溃疡疗效及安全性 ,比较 1周疗法与2周疗法Hp根除率和溃疡愈合率。方法　 46例经胃镜证实Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡患者 ,随机分成 1周疗法组(A组 )和 2周疗法组 (B组 ) ,A、B两组用药均为洛噻克 2 0mg ,每日 2次 ;阿莫西林 1 0g ,每日 2次 ;甲硝唑 0 4g ,每日 2次。A组抗生素 (阿莫西林和甲硝唑 )只用 1周 ,B组用 2周 ,洛噻克均用 2周。停药 4周之后复查胃镜观察溃疡愈合和Hp根除率。结果　溃疡愈合率A组B组分别为 85 7% (18 2 1)和 92 0 % (2 3 2 5 ) ;Hp根除率为 71 4%(15 2 1)和 84% (2 1 2 5 )。A、B两组之间比较 ,各项结果均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　洛噻克三联疗法对根除Hp及治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效及安全性 1周与 2周比较无显著性差异

Comparison of 1 week and 2 weeks efficacy of losec triple therapy in treatment of H.pylori infection

Objective: To compare the H.pylori eradication rate, ulcer healing rate, pain relief,and safety of losec triple therapy in treatment of patients with H.pylori infection associated with duodenal ulcer during 1 week and 2 weeks. Methods: 46 patients with positive H.pylori and active duodenal ulcer were randomly divided to receive 1 week or 2 weeks treatment with losec triple regimen(composed of Amoxicillin in a daily dose of 1 g,Metronidazole in a dose of 0.4 g twice a day and losec in a dose of 30 mg twice a day). Results: Ulcer healing rate was 85 7% in 1 week group and 92% in 2 weeks group; H.pylori eradication rate was 71 4% in 1 week group and 84% in 2 weeks group. No significant difference existed between the group A and group B(P>0 05).Conclusion: There is no significant difference between the two groups in H.pylori eradication rate, effective rate and safety.
