颅脑CT阴性的难治性复杂部分癫痫患者发作间期的EEG和SPECT

目的 比较颅脑ＣＴ阴性的难治性复杂部分癫痫患者ＥＥＧ和ＳＥＰＣＴ的检查结果。方法 １２例难治笥复杂部分癫痫患者均采用脑电图仪行ＥＥＧ检查，＾９９Ｔｃ－ＨＭ－ＰＡＯ行ＳＰＥＣＴ检查。结果 ＥＥＧ和ＳＰＥＣＴ脑显像异常所见基本一致者为５例，不一致者为７例。其中ＥＥＧ呈弥漫性异常５例，ＳＰＥＣＴ脑显像的发现病灶。结论 ＳＰＥＣＴ脑显像对颅脑ＣＴ阴性的难治性复杂部分癫痫的病灶检出率要高于ＥＥＧ。

Obervation of interictal brain EEG and SPECT in refractory complex partial epileptic patients whose brain CT was normal

Objective: To compare the results of interictal brain EEG(electroencephalography) with SPECT(single photon emission computed tomography) in refractory complex partial epileptic patients whose brain CT scans were normal. Methods: 12 refractory complex partial epileptic patients were observed with interictal brain EEG and SPECT. Results: All patients showed abnormally on interictal brain EEG and SPECT. The localization of epileptic foci was the same in 5 patients and different in 7 patients. Interictal brain SPECT 5 patients whose EEG showed epileptic foci in were abnormal in all lobes. Conclusion:The study suggests that the detection rate of epileptic foci though SPECT imaging is relatively high compared with EEG recording.
