| 摘 要： | 对益肾抗衰口服液进行了初步药理学研究，研究中还与六味地黄丸进行了比较，结果表明该药具有强壮、性激素样作用，并明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，使老年性小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的活性明显增强。

| Abstract: | The primary pharmacological study of Yishen Kangshuai Koufu Yewas carried out, with the control group of Liuwei Dihuang Tablet.The results showedthat the experimental drug had the sex hormone-like effect, and could make the mousestronger and increase the phagocytic function of the macrophage in the abdominal cavityof mouse,and could elevate the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the red bloodcells of the aged mouse significantly. |
