免疫三氧联合伟力电脑肝病治疗仪治疗慢性病毒性肝炎临床观察研究

目的探讨免疫三氧疗法联合肝病治疗仪治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎疗效。方法慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者155例,在一般综合治疗的基础上,给予免疫三氧治疗,包括自体血液回输法（AHT）加直肠注气法（RI）。冲击疗程4周,每周3次AHT＋RI,治疗剂量：AHT25μg/ml,100 ml血液,气血比例1：1;RI 10μg/ml,共300 ml气体。巩固疗程8周,每周2次AHT＋RI,治疗剂量：AHT25μg/ml,100 ml血液,气血比例1：1;RI 10μg/ml,共300 ml气体。WLGY-801型电脑肝病治疗仪穴位电刺激,每周6次,每次40分钟（共8个穴位,每个穴位5分钟）,4周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程。对照组137例,给西药常规综合治疗12周,治疗结束后4周进行抗病毒疗效评价和肝功能生化指标评价。结果免疫三氧治疗组抗病毒显效40例（25.80%）,部分显效65例（41.93%）,总有效率67.2%。谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、胆红素（TBIL）指标均较治疗前有明显好转,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论免疫三氧疗法联合肝病治疗仪在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒方面有一定疗效,并且能够较好地改善患者的临床症状,促进肝功能恢复。

Clinical observation of healing chronic viral hepatitis through immune ozone and WLGY-801 computer liver disease therapy apparatus

Objective ： To study the curative effect of healing chronic viral hepatitis by immune ozone and computer liver disease therapy apparatus of Weili. Methods ： One hundred and fifty - five patients with chronic viral hepatitis received the treatment with immune ozone, including AHT and RI, on the basis of general therapy. The assulting therpy was 4 weeks, 3 times of AHT ＋ RI every week, with the therpy dose： AHT 25 μg/m l, 1, 100m lblood, QI-blood 1 ： 1 ; RI 10 μg/ml, 300ml gas, while the consolidating therpy was 8 weeks, 2 times of AHT ＋ RI every week, with therpy dose ： AHT 25 μg/ ml, 100ml blood, QI-blood 1 ： 1 ; RI 10 μg/ml, 300ml gas. Electric stimulation in the acupoints was applied by the of WLGY-801 computer liver disease therapy apparatus, 6 times every week, 40 minutes each time （8 acupoints all, 5minutes in 1 aeupoint）, with a course of treatment for 4 weeks in the 2 courses of treatment. The control group of 137 cases received western common combined therapy for 12 weeks and anti-virus curative effect and the liver function index were evaluated. Results： The treatment of the 40 cases （25.80%） in immune group anti-virus was effective, and 65 cases （41. 93% ）were partially effective, with the general effective rate of 67.2%. There was significant improvement for ALT AST TBIL indexs. Conclusion： The treatment is effective in healing chronic viral hepatitis, and it can improve clinical symptoms, and help to recover liver function.
