青霉素溶液对大鼠臀肌纤维化影响的实验观察

目的：探讨肌肉注射与臀肌挛缩症的发病关系。方法：选择幼龄和成年大白鼠作为实验对象，分别用青霉素钠盐和钾盐溶液进行臀肌注射，同时设置单纯生理盐水组和单纯苯甲醇组，于20天处死动物，取臀肌作病理切片观察。结果：实验结果表明，幼龄鼠比成年鼠更易发生臀肌纤维化，青霉素钾盐致臀肌纤维化作用似比钠盐为强。结论：苯甲醇可致肌肉不可逆纤维化，应禁用；幼龄鼠因肌肉体积较小，药液吸收缓慢，在多次频繁肌注的情况下更易发生纤维化。

Experimental report on muscular fibrosis with penicillin

Objective: To research into the risk factors (intragluteal injection) of muscular fibrosis. Methods: The experimental rats included the young and aged. Potassium penicillin G, sodium penicillin G, benzyl alcohol and normal saline were injected to observe gluteal muscular fibrosis. Results:Benzyl alcohol was the cause of the muscular fibrosis, and the age of rats and potassium penicillin G were risk factors of the muscular fibrosis. Conclusion: The use of benzyl alcohol should be prohibited and incorrect injection method on the gluteus is the cause of the contracture of gluteal muscles.
