| 摘 要： | 目的评价复方倍他米松神经干注射治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法原发性三叉神经痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用2%利多卡因加维生素B12,治疗组采用复方倍他米松,根据疼痛范围行相应神经支局部注射。治疗后1、2、3个月内定期复诊,随访时间3年,观察、比较治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为100%和83.33%,3年内复发率分别为20.00%和60.00%,平均复发时间分别为23个月和12个月,以上3项指标两组间均有显著性差异。两组患者均无明显感觉降低。结论复方倍他米松局部注射治疗三叉神经痛方法简单,有效率高于传统方法,复发率低,无明显毒副作用,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
