低分子肝素钠股动脉注射治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变60例疗效观察

目的　观察低分子肝素钠股动脉注射对糖尿病下肢血管病变的治疗作用。方法　选择糖尿病下肢血管病变患者1 2 0例,分为低分子肝素钠股动脉注射治疗组和对照组,均以饮食控制及应用胰岛素控制血糖,两组均给以血塞通注射液静滴,治疗组增加低分子肝素钠治疗,共两周,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、血液流变学以及血流动力学改善情况。结果　治疗组临床症状改善总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0 . 0 1 ) ,两组患者治疗后血液流变学以及血流动力学均有改善(P <0 . 0 5或P <0 . 0 1 ) ,治疗组指标改善明显优于对照组(P <0 . 0 1 )。两组治疗过程中未发现不良反应。结论　低分子肝素钠股动脉注射通过改善下肢血液流变学以及血流动力学而有效地改善了糖尿病下肢血管病变。

Clinical evaluation of low molecular weight heparin in treatment of peripheral vascular disease with diabetes mellitus

Objective: To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin in treating peripheral vascular disease with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 120 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were divided into the control group (60 cases of regular therapy and panax Notoginsery Saponins) and the treatment group (60 cases of regular therapy, panax Notoginsery Saponins and low molecular weight heparin).The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Blood rheology and hemodynamic were compared before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of clinical significance was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.01). After the 2-week treatment, the blood rheology and hemodynamics of both groups were improved, but the blood rheology and hemodynamic of the treatment group was more significant than those in the control group (P<0.01). No side effects were found during the study. Conclusion: The treatment with low molecular weight heparin may effectively ameliorate the clinical symptom, blood rheology and hemodynamics of peripheral vascular disease with diabetes mellitus.
