| 摘 要： | 目的评价云克联合治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法选取活动期强直性脊柱炎初诊患者56例,随机分为两组:治疗组(云克 甲氨喋呤和/或柳氮磺吡啶)28例、对照组(非甾类抗炎药 甲氨喋呤和/或柳氮磺吡啶)28例,对比观察两组治疗前后临床症状、实验室指标变化及不良反应。结果治疗后两组各项指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.001),治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率93%,两组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组在疼痛程度、疾病活动度评价及Dougados指数等指标的改善值高于对照组(P<0.05),且不良反应的发生率少于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云克联合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效可靠,副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of 99mTc-methylene diphosphonate(MDP) in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods: Fifty-six patients with AS were randomized into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated with 99mTc-MDP,sulfasalazine and/or methotrexate and in the control group with NASIDs,sulfasalazine and/or methotrexate.Clinical manifestation,laboratory examination before and after treatment and side effect were observed.Results: The total effect of this treatment was 91%,and the effect of relieving clinical symptom was significant,especially the morning stiffness and limitation of articulation function.No adverse effect was observed.Conclution: The clinical effect of 99mTc-MDP is obvious,and it is safe and has no significant adverse reaction. |
