| 摘 要： | 目的研究泰安地区汉族人群类风湿关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）与蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶非受体型22（proreintyrosinephosphatasenonreceptor22，PTPN22）基因R620W／1858C〉T多态性的相关性。方法采用PCR—RFLP技术检测128例RA患者和142例正常人PTPN22基因1858位点的基因型。结果PTPN22基因1858位点在泰安地区汉族人群仅存在C等位基因，未检测到T等位基因。结论PTPN22基因R620W多态性与泰安地区汉族人群RA的易感性无关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of PTPN22 R620W/1858C>T and rhermatoid arthritis in Han nationality in Taian area.Methods: The polymorphism was analysed by polymerase chain reaction based restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method in 128 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 142 normal control subjects.Results: Only 1858 C allele was presented in all the patients and controls,and no T allele was detected.Conclusion: There's no association between PTPN22 R620W a... |
