摘    要:目的描述护士对病人健康教育角色的认知程度,探讨提高和妨碍教育效果的影响因素。方法随机选择在我校成教学院夜大护理专业本、专科学习的具有护士执照的护士300名,发放问卷调查表。结果95%的护士认为病人健康教育处在护理工作的优先地位,是护理实践的一项重要内容。提高教育效果前三位的的影响因素是保证充足的教育时间、护士长对健康教育的重视和丰富的教育资料,妨碍教育效果的重要因素是教育时间缺乏、护士短缺、教育资源不足和病人因素。结论病人健康教育是护理工作的重要内容,但是存在许多影响因素,建议性提出提高教育效果的对策,包括支持护士教育者的角色、促进教育效益和充分利用网上教育资源。

Abstract:Objective: To study the professional nurses' awareness of the role of education in patients and to determine factors inhibiting and enhancing patient education.Methods: Three hundred participants were randomly selected from licensed nurses students in Adult Nursing Education Department of our college in the study.The survey on three hundred participants was carried out with a self-designed qualitative questionnaire.Results: Ninety-five percent of nurses placed a high priority on patient education and recognized patients' education as an important part of their professional practice.The top three were more time of education,the head nurse's emphasizing the importance of patient teaching,and more accessible resources.The top three factors inhibiting patient education were lack of time,inadequate staffing,unavailability of resource material,and no response of patients to education.Conclusion: Patient education is the valuable part of professional nurses' practice,but many factors impede this nursing function.It is recommeded that the patients' education should be enhanced,including supporting the staff nurse educational role,offering seminars to staff on teaching and learning strategies,and improving efficiencies in patient care.
