腹膜透析液淀粉酶水平测定的临床价值

目的观察腹膜透析液淀粉酶水平的临床价值。方法对65例患者进行了腹膜透析（PD）,并对透出液和血淀粉酶检测,观察淀粉酶水平变化。结果 PD治疗的透出液和血淀粉酶水平分别为75.5±25.5 IU/L和25.9±5.3 IU/L。腹膜炎组与非腹膜炎组间的血浆和透出液淀粉酶水平均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。透析龄〉1年组血浆和透出液淀粉酶水平高于≤1年组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹膜透析患者血清及透出液淀粉酶在肾功能衰竭患者中有升高;腹透液、腹膜炎、透析龄均不影响PD患者的透出液和血淀粉酶水平。

Observation of amylase in the peritoneal effluent of the patients with peritoneal dialysis

Objective：To observe amylase of the peritoneal effluent in the patients with peritoneal dialysis and its related factors. Methods：Concentration of in the peritoneal effluent and serum of 65 patients with peritoneal dialysis were meas-ured. Results：Concentration of amylase in the peritoneal effluent and serum were 75. 5 ＆#177; 25. 5IU/ L and 25. 9 ＆#177; 5. 3IU/L. Concentrations of amylase in the peritoneal effluent and serum were did not significantly between the group of peritonitis and the group of on - peritonitis（P 〉 0. 05）. As compared with lower in less 1 years group,concentration of amylase in the peritoneal effluent and serum were higher in more than 1 years group,but they were not significantly（ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion：Comparison of renal failure in patients with non - pancreatitis,in the serum of patients with peritoneal dialysis and a high level of amylase in the dialysate but within the normal range. It is not effected the concentration of amylase in the peritoneal effluent and serum of the patients with peritoneal dialysis for the dialysate,the peritonitis,time of dialysis and se-rum creatinine.
