环孢菌素A生理药物动力学模型的参数估计

摘    要:目的:在建立的哺乳动物整体生理药物动力学模型的基础上,导出了生理药物动力学模型参数(分配系数R,排泄速率常数KE;代谢速率常数KM)的计算公式。方法:并用此公式计算出了大鼠静脉注射环孢菌素A后的各器官或组织的分配系数。结果:本研究的计算方法可以计算出相应的数据。结论:本研究的参数估计方法可客观地计算出分配系数及药物动力学数据。

Abstract:Objective: To estimate the parameters (distribution coefficient, metabolic velocity constant and elimination velocity constant) based on the general physiologically based pharmacokinetics(PBPK). Methods: Based on the general physiologicallly based pharmacokinetics(PBPK) model for animals and those parameters, the distribution coefficients for the rats that had been injected by vein were estimated. Results: The method produced the relevant data. Conclusion: The method can be used objectively to evaluate the parameters and the coefficients.
