小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎46例临床分析

目的通过对46例小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎的临床特征和辅助检查特点进行分析,总结了小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎的不同临床表现及转归。方法收集1979年1月～2008年1月临床诊断的小儿重症暴发性病毒性病毒性心肌炎46例,男26例,女20例,年龄7.3（4/12～13）岁,分析归纳小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎的临床经过和发病特点。结果小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎表现复杂,病情危重,严重者可同时伴有其他脏器的损害。结论小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎临床表现多样,注重临床资料、提高诊断意识是早期诊断小儿重症暴发性病毒性心肌炎的关键

Clinical analysis of severe fulminating viral myocarditis in children

Objective： To summarize the different clinical manifestations and prognosis of severe fulminating viral myocarditis in children by analyzing the clinical symptoms and characteristics of auxiliary examination of 46 cases.Methods： Forty-six children with severe fulminating viral myocarditis from 1979.1 to 2008.1 were included,male 26 and female 20,aged from 4/12 to 13 years old with a mean age of 7.3 years old.The clinical course and characteristics in all patients were analyzed.Results： The clinical condition was very serious and complex in each fulminating patients with severe viral myocarditis,even can siultaneously be accompanied by other organ injury.Conclusion： The clinical manifestation of severe fulminating viral myocarditis in children is diverse.Focusing on clinical data and improving the diagnostic awareness are vital to the early diagnosis of severe fulminating viral myocarditis in children.
