HPLC测定不同厂家六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量

目的建立测定六味地黄丸中丹皮酚含量的HPLC法,测定九个厂家生产的六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量,并比较其含量。方法固定相：Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水（70∶30）;流速：1.0 ml/min;检测波长：274 nm。结果丹皮酚在0.4~30μg/ml的浓度范围内,A=123549C＋75111线性关系良好（r=0.9997）;丹皮酚的平均回收率（n=9）分别为91.60%（RSD=0.35%）,99.46%（RSD=1.10%）,95.32%（2.81%）。结论本含量测定方法准确,灵敏,重现性好,可用于六味地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量测定。

Determination of the Paeonol content in Liuwei Dihuang Pills from different manufacturers by HPLC

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeonol content in Liu wei Dihuang Pills and to determine and compare the paeonol content of Liuwei Dihuang Pills produced by 9 factories. Methods： Stationary phase was Diamonsil C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5μm）; the mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water（ 65∶ 30）; the flow rate was 1. 0 ml / min; the detection wavelength was 274nm. Results： Paeonol in the 0. 4 ~ 30μg / ml concentration range,A = 123549c ＋ 75111（ r = 0. 9997） good linear relation,the average recoveries of paeonol（ n = 9） were 91. 60%（ RSD = 0. 35%）,99. 46%（ RSD = 1. 10%） and 95. 32%（ 2. 81%）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and sensitive with high reproducibility and can be used for content determination of paeonol in Liuwei Dihuang Pills.
