| 摘 要： | 目的:研究玉米须多糖(SMPS)的利尿作用。方法:采用代谢笼法和滤纸法测定NS负荷大、小鼠的排尿量及尿中Na+、K+、Cl-的含量.采用甘油致大鼠肾衰竭模型观察SMPS对肾衰竭大鼠排尿的影响。结果:高、中剂量的SMPS可明显增加大、小鼠的排尿量,增加尿液中K+、Cl-的含量,对Na+含量无明显影响;增肾衰竭大鼠的排尿量。结论:玉米须多糖具有明显的利尿作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the antipyretic and diuretic effect of Stigma Maydis Polysaccharide(SMPS) Methods: The urinary output of the loading rats and mice with NS and the contents of Na+、K+、Cl-in the rats′urine was tested;the model of acute renal failure was established by injecting glycerol.Results: SMPS at the doses of 2 g/ kg and 1g/ kg could significantly increase the urinary output of the loading rats and mice with NS,and the contents of K+、Cl-in the rats′urine and the content of Na+remained unchanged.Conclusion: SMPS manifests considerable diuretic effect. |
