| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察乳突大小的性别差异 ,丰富国人体质调查资料。方法 :在 160例颅骨标本上对乳突大小和对称性进行测量、分型 ,对所测数据进行统计学处理。结果 :左侧中型乳突中女多于男 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其它型乳突无显著性差异 ;右侧小型乳突女多于男 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,而大型乳突则男多于女 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,男性双侧乳突对称者偏多 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,女性乳突对称与不对称基本均衡。结论 :两性重迭较大 ,又有群体上的意义 ,尚不能作为个体性别鉴定的依据

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the sizes of mastoid process and enrich the data of Chinese investigation. Methods: The sizes of mastoid process were measured, symmetry and sorts of 160 cases of skulls were analyzed. The data were dealt by statistics means.Results: On the left side, female's medium mastoid process were more than male's ( P <0 05), and others were not different significantly. On the right side, small mastoid process were more in female's( P <0 005), but big mastoid process were more in male's( P <0 005). Symmetry of double-side mastoid process were more than non-symmetry in male's. Symmetry and non-symmetry of female's mastoid process were equilibrium.Conclusion: The sizes and symmetry of mastoid process was unable to appraise individual sex. |
