摘    要:目的 :比较六味地黄丸的烘箱干燥和微波干燥两种不同干燥方法的效果。方法 :以溶散时限、灭菌率和丹皮酚含量损失率为指标 ,比较其效果。结果 :微波干燥可缩短溶散时限 ,提高灭菌率 ,降低丹皮酚含量损失 ,并可缩短生产周期 ,降低劳动强度。结论 :微波干燥优于烘箱干燥

Abstract:Objective: To compare the effects of two different drying methods of Liuweidihuangwan.Methods: The time-limit of dissolve, the sterilizating rate and the rate of the loss of Paeonol were used to compare them as quality marker.Results: Microwave-dryness can lessen the time-limit of dissolve , increase the sterilization rate and decrease the rate of the loss of Paeonol.Moreover, it can lessen the producing period and decrease the labor strength.Conclusion: Microwave-dryness is much better than heatingcase-dryness.
