| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨67LR蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测46例胃腺癌组织及其切端正常胃黏膜组织中67LR的蛋白表达。结果:正常胃黏膜组织及胃腺癌组织中67LR蛋白的阳性表达率分别为21.74%(10/46)和71.74%(33/46),2者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。淋巴结转移组67LR蛋白的阳性表达率为92.00%(23/25),无淋巴结转移组其阳性表达率为66.67%(14/21),2组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:67LR蛋白的异常表达与胃腺癌的发生、发展及转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the protein expression of 67LR in the tissues of gastric adenocarcinoma and its significance.Methods: The protein expression of 67LR in the 46 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 46 cases of normal mucosa of gastric was detected respectively by the technology of immunohistochemistry SP.Results: The positive expression rate of 67LR protein in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal mucosa of gastric was 71.74%(33/46)and 21.74%(10/46) respectively.There was significant difference between normal mucosa tissue group and carcinoma tissue group(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of 67LR protein in gastric adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis group was higher than that with non-lymph node metastasis group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: It might indicate that the expression of 67LR protein could participate in the occurrence,development and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma. |
