| 摘 要： | 目的标定、分析、比较地黄3种炮制品的HPLC共有指纹峰。方法采用HPLC、ODS C18,分别以梓醇、益母草苷、地黄苷D为对照品,对地黄3种炮制品的HPLC共有指纹峰进行比较。结果不同炮制品的共有指纹峰的差异明显。结论 3种地黄的HPLC共有指纹峰可视为其炮制品质量评价的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and compare the common fingerprint peaks of three processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.Methods Using Catalpol,leonuride and rehmannioside D as standard,the HPLC chromatography of three preparations of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch was compared.Results Difference among common fingerprint peak of the processed products is obvious.Conclusion Fingerprint peaks can be regarded as the quality control for processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. |
