| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察软肝饮对HBV转染细胞表达功能的影响。方法 :本研究以乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)转染细胞 (2 2 15细胞系 )作为筛选抗HBV药物的细胞模型 ,观察了纯草药方软肝饮对 2 2 15细胞分泌HBV表面抗原(HBsAg)和HBVe抗原 (HBeAg)的影响 ,并以抗病毒药物无环鸟甘为对照。结果 :软肝饮对 2 2 15细胞无明显毒性作用 ,同时显著抑制HBsAg成分。结论 :提示软肝软在体外有一定的抗病毒作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of RuanGanYin on expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in HBV transfected cells.Methods:HBV transfected cell(2215 cell line)is the cell model for shifting anti_HBV drug.Expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in cell supernant was measured with ELISA.The Control group was treated with aciclovir_a kind of anti_vitus drug.Results:The expression of HBsAg and HbeAg in 2215 cell line was obviously inhibited by RuanGanYin which had no signifgicant toxical effect on the grown of 2215 cell line.Conclusion:RuanGanYin has obvious anti_virus effect outside the body |
