| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低强度华法林与阿司匹林预防老年非瓣膜性心房颤动(房颤)患者发生脑栓塞的效果和安全性.方法:将确诊为非瓣膜性房颤且年龄≥65岁的患者共190例分为2组,华法林组口服小剂量华法林治疗,按低于抗凝强度国际化标准比率(INR)(1.6～2.5).阿司匹林组每天予以阿司匹林100 mg口服.每位患者随访1 a,观察2组...
