加拿大蓬α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用

目的:评价加拿大蓬提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。方法:通过建立体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对加拿大蓬甲醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯提取物进行活性筛选,并对提取物浓度与抑制活性关系进行研究。结果:加拿大蓬石油醚提取物(IC50=197.98 mg/L)与乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=823.92 mg/L)的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性高于阳性对照Acarbose(IC50=1081.27 mg/L),而甲醇提取物的活性(IC50=1655.51 mg/L)低于Acarbose,3种提取物抑制率均随浓度增加而增长。结论:加拿大蓬3种提取物均有一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶的高抑制活性,其中石油醚提取物的活性最高。

Inhibition of alpha-glucoside of Erigeron Canadensis L.

Objective: To evaluate α-glucosidase inhibitors from Erigeron canadensis L.extracts.Methods: By establishing α-glucosidase screen inhibitory model,the activity of extracts of E.canadensis L.was screened.The relationship of inhibitory ratio and the extract concentration were also studied.Results: In the three extracts of E.canadensis L.,petroleum ether extract(IC50=197.98 mg/L) and ethyl acetate extract(IC50=823.92 mg/L) showed strong inhibitory activity,higher than that of Acarbose(IC50=1081.27 mg/L),but the inhibitory activity of the methanol extract(IC50=1655.51 mg/L) was lower than that of Acarbose(IC50=1081.27 mg/L).With the concentration of three extracts increased,the inhibitory ratio also increased.Conclusion: Three different extracts of E.canadensis L.all has activity against α-glucosidase,and the petroleum ether extract shows the highest inhibitory activity.
