| 摘 要： | 目的 :对银黄含片中的绿原酸含量测定方法进行改进。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,C18柱 (4 .6mm×2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :乙腈 -水 -磷酸 (10∶90∶0 .1) ,检测波长 :32 7nm ,流速 :1mL/min。结果 :绿原酸的平均回收率为10 0 .88% ,RSD =0 .5 6 % (n =5 )。结论 :该方法灵敏、专属性好、重现性好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the determination method of the contents of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang Buccal Tablets.Methods: HPLC was used with C18 column(4.6mm×200mm,5μm), the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (10∶90∶0.1) , the detection wavelength was 327nm and the flow rate was 1mL·min -1 .Results: The mean recovery of chlorogenic acid was 100.88% and RSD was 0.56%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is sensitive, special and repeatable. |
