不同腧穴组方对高脂血症大鼠肝脏形态学影响的观察

目的:通过针刺不同腧穴组方对高脂血症大鼠肝脏形态学影响的观察,筛选治疗高脂血症大鼠的最佳腧穴组方。方法:将90只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型对照组及针刺7组,每组10只,分别给予电针针刺。连续治疗4 w后观察各组大鼠血脂及肝脏组织形态学的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C升高,HDL-C降低(P0.01),说明造模成功。电针治疗后,与模型组比较,针刺组LDL-C、HDL-C值均不同程度下降,除曲池组外余各针刺组TC降低,曲池+中院+丰隆组TG、ALT、AST降低(P0.05,P0.01)。模型组肝脏有明显病理学损伤,表现为轻至中度脂肪肝。结论:电针不同腧穴对高脂血症大鼠肝脏有明显的保护作用,以"曲池"、"中脘"、"丰隆"三穴配伍疗效最优。

Effects of acupuncture at different points on morphology of liver in rats with hyperlipidemia

Objective：To observe effects of acupuncture at different points on morphology of liver in rats with hyperlipidemia, and optimize acupoint recipes on hyperlipidemia rats. Method：90 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group and model group. The rats in blank group were fed with normal diet and rats in model group were fed with high-fat diet. The rats in model group were randomly assigned into model control group and 7 acupuncture groups （Quchi group,Zhongwan group,Fenglong group,Quchi and Zhongwan group,Quchi and Fenglong group,Zhongwan and Fenglong group,Quchi, Zhongwan and Fenglong group）. TG, TC, LDL, HDL, ALT and AST of rats were examined, morphological changes of liver tissue were observed. Result：Compared with blank group,levels of TC,TG,LDL-C were increased,but HDL-C was decreased in model group （P〈O.O1）. Compared with model group,levels of LDL-C and HDL-C were decreased,in acupuncture groups,levels of TG,ALT and AST were decreased in Quchi,Zhongwan and Fenglong group,level of TC was decreased in acupuncture groups except Quchi group （P〈0.05）. Pathological characteristics of mild or moderate fatty liver of liver tissue were observed in model group. Conclusion ： Electropuncture at different points has protective effect on liver of hyperlipidemia rats. The optima compatibility is Quchi, Zhongwan and Fenglong.
