通督调神针刺法对抑郁症模型大鼠行为学的影响

目的:观察通督调神针刺法对抑郁症模型大鼠的抗抑郁作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠48只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、针刺治疗组、氟西汀对照组4组,每组12只。通过孤养结合慢性轻度不可预见性应激复合造模法制备抑郁症模型大鼠。正常对照组、模型对照组每日给予生理盐水,针刺治疗组、氟西汀对照组分别采用通督调神针刺法与盐酸氟西汀胶囊进行干预。每只动物于造模第1天、第8天、第21天分别称量体重,Open-Field法测定行为。结果:造模后第8天,与正常对照组比较,模型对照组、针刺治疗组及氟西汀对照组大鼠体重明显降低,水平运动与垂直运动得分明显降低(P0.05)。干预后(第21天),与模型对照组比较,针刺治疗组及氟西汀对照组大鼠体重及水平运动与垂直运动得分升高(P0.05)。结论:通督调神针刺法对抑郁症模型大鼠具有明显的抗抑郁作用。

The praxiology effect of applying the acupuncture method of unblocking Du meridian to regulate Shen on depression model rats

Objective ：To observe the antidepressant function of acupuncture method of unblocking Du meridian to regulate Shen on depression model rats. Methods：48 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group,acupuncture group and fluoxetine hydrochloride control group, 12 rats in each group. Depression model rats were prepared by combination of isolated breeding and chronic ,mild and unforeseen stress stimulation. The rats in normal control group, model control group,the acupuncture group and fluoxetine hydrochloride control group were treated with normal saline,acupuncture method of unblocking Du merdian to regulate Shen,fluoxetine capsules ,respectively. Their body weights on the 1st, 8th, 21~ day after making the model were recorded and their behaviors were evaluated by Open- Field method. Results：Compared with the normal control group,the body weights of model control group, acupuncture group and fluoxetine hydrochloride control group were declined significantly,their scores of horizontal movement and vertical movement were declined significantly （P〈0.05） on the 8th day after making model. On the 21st day,compare with the model control group,the scores of horizontal movement and vertical movement in acupuncture group and fluoxetine hydrochloride control group were increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The acupuncture method of unbloeking Du meridian to regulate Shen has notable antidepressant function on depression model rats.
