加味补阳还五汤联合多波段半导体激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

目的：观察加味补阳还五汤联合多波段半导体激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：糖尿病视网膜病变患者66例113眼,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组33例57眼应用加味补阳还五汤联合视网膜光凝治疗;对照组33例56眼采用单纯视网膜光凝治疗。观察两组患者视力、视网膜微血管瘤、出血、渗出、毛细血管无灌注区及黄斑水肿的改善情况,比较治疗效果。结果：治疗3个月后治疗组总体疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组再次激光治疗间隔时间较对照组缩短（P〈0.05）。结论：加味补阳还五汤联合多波段半导体激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效优于单纯激光治疗。

Clinical Study on Diabetic Retinopathy Treated by Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Multiband Semiconductor Laser

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with muhiband semiconductor laser on diabetic retinopathy.Methods：66 cases （113 eyes）were randomly divided into therapy group （33cases,57eyes）and control group （33 cases,56 eyes ）.Patients in therapy group were treated by Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with multiband semiconductor laser,patients in control group were treated with multihand semiconductor laser.The patients＇visual acuities,fluorescein angiography were examined,the change of macular edma was observed.Results：The total curative effect of therapy group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,interval between first and second treatment of laser was shortened in therapy group.Conclusion ：The curative effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with muhiband semiconductor laser on diabetic retinopathy is better than that of multiband semiconductor laser.
