针刺手厥阴心包经穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠ET和NO的影响

摘    要:目的:观察针刺手厥阴经穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)以及相互关系的影响。方法:电针大鼠心包经穴位20min后,结扎冠状动脉左前降支40min,心电图(ECG)监测,再电针穴位20min,松扎,恢复灌流60min,取静脉血4ml,分离血浆,观察NO、ET、ET/NO的变化。结果:针刺心包经穴组血浆ET、NO含量变化明显,ET/NO比值明显降低,与模型组比较均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺手厥阴心包经穴可使体内ET含量降低,NO含量增高,纠正ET/NO平衡失调,减轻了心肌缺血再灌注损伤的程度,有效地保护了心肌细胞。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture the points of Hand-Jueyin on the Levels of Plasma Endothelin(ET)and Nitric Oxide(NO)during the process of ischemic and reperfusion injury.Methods:Acupuncture are given at the points of Hand-Jueyin for 20 min,followed by ligation of anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery and 40 min later,acupuncture the points for 20 min again,reperfusion for 60 min,with ECG monitoring.Then,venous blood was taken and the contents of ET,NO,the rate ET/NO were observed.Result:In the acupuncture group,the contents of ET and NO changed obviously,the rate of ET/NO decreased,compared with model group were significantly(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture the points of Hand-Jueyin can obviously control the contents of ET and NO,correct the disorder between ET and NO.Thus,acupuncture the points of Hand-Jueyin can reduce the injury degree during the process of ischemic and reperfusion injury.
