| 摘 要： | 目的:观察六味地黄丸对大鼠卵巢早衰的作用。方法:造成大鼠早衰模型,然后检测六味地黄丸对β-内啡肽、血清雌、孕激素含量以及对卵巢、子宫组织形态学的影响。结果:六味地黄丸能够提高β-内啡肽含量,增加大鼠阴道脱落细胞涂片内角化上皮细胞和表层细胞。结论:六味地黄丸具有雌激素样作用,可能通过调理下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴的功能,使卵巢功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Liuweidihuangwan(LWDHW) on rats' premature ovarian failure.Methods:To determine the influence of LWDHW o n and progestogen in serum,the histomorphological chan ge of ovary and uterus in premature ovarian failure rat model.Results:LWDHWcan increase the content of keratinized epithelial cell in the ex foliative cytoscopy of vagina and superficial cell.Conclusions:LWDHWhas the sa me effect of estrin,a nd might promote the recovery of ovarian function through regulating the hypothalmus-pitui tary-ovarian axis. |
